Find a time that works

Day and night indicators help you choose a thoughtful time to call.

Search citiesSearch by city or time zone

Times use your device’s clock and browser time zone data, including daylight saving. Select a city to feature it on the main display and share its link.

Compare local times before planning a call

A world clock shows the same moment in different cities. WClock lets you keep the locations you use together, so you can compare working hours, check the local date, and see when a call would fall overnight.

How to use this tool

  1. Search for a city or enter an IANA time zone such as America/New_York, then add it to your clocks.
  2. Select a city to feature its time on the main display. Add other locations to compare their dates and time differences.
  3. Move the meeting planner through the next 24 hours, then choose Back to live to return to the current time.

A practical example

For a London–Mumbai call, add both cities and move the planner until the displayed hours suit both people. Check again around seasonal clock changes rather than assuming the difference stays constant.

Common questions

Why does the time difference between cities change?

Some locations change their clocks for daylight saving time, and they may change on different dates. WClock formats city times using your browser’s time zone data; keep your browser and operating system updated.

Is the world clock synchronized independently?

The displayed time comes from your device. WClock does not independently measure clock error or contact an atomic time server. Enable automatic date and time on your device if its clock is incorrect.
